Titan
Titan is a pure metal, light weight, corrosion resistant and with non-allergic properties. We are using UpToDate technology processing the necessary precision tools, indispensable for manufacturing challenging and even extreme frame parts with very accurante deep embossed patterns. Laser welding technology is applied to create strong and lasting joints. As Titan is a very hard and strong metal, we apply Laser cutting equipment as well for pre-shaping the frame parts. The use of a state of the art pre-polishing process helps at the end our skilled polishing team create mirror finished frames. A gold PVD coating process allows the final surface refinement.
Acetate
All our Acetate frames are processed with the use of 5 axis CNC milling machines ensures the dimensional accuracy as well allows for overly complex milling operation with accurate angles and corner
Most of the Acetate we process is from local suppliers. We as well fabricate customer made acetate pattern as to their needs.
Our skilled employees process the frames through polishing and assembly, delivering a brilliant product.
Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel is an alternative to Titan, however the product is about 40% more in weight. Stainless steel is easier to process and the finishing can be in satin matt, brushed or as much preferred in mirror polished. Stainless Steel is as well popular in combination with Acetate parts.
Natural buffalo horn
As a boutique product we as well manufacture Buffalo horn frames. The majority of horn we process is of Water Buffalo supplied from Asia, as well Cow horn. Horn is a natural material, has been used for eyeglasses over centuries. Natural horn frames are hand crafted by skilled technicians throughout the entire process. The end product is a lightweight individual frame displaying its natural timeless beauty with a mirror finish.
